The First Vegan Health and Fitness Expo

Spent the day at the first Vegan Health and Fitness Expo. It was a great start to what I hope will become an annual event. It was a really great two day event with vegan vendors and informative speakers. I also found out that domesticated dogs can be vegans too. There was too much information about healthy living that cannot be shared in a blog post so I recommend everyone go next time. A few great quotes from today: "If you want to avoid taking that blue pill, you better eat that green leaf." "People always look for good news about their bad habit." "Peace begins on your plate."
